【目を覚まして、祈っていなさい！Stay Awake and Pray!】

【御言葉】34 あなたがたの心が、放蕩や深酒や生活の思い煩いで押しつぶされていて、その日が罠のように、突然あなたがたに臨むことにならないように、よく気をつけなさい。35 その日は、全地の表に住むすべての人に突然臨むのです。36 しかし、あなたがたは、必ず起こるこれらすべてのことから逃れて、人の子の前に立つことができるように、いつも目を覚まして祈っていなさい。」ルカの福音書 21章 34〜36節

【観察】世の終わりについて、イエス様は私達に教えてくれている。35節を読むと、このことはある一部の人達に関わることでなく、その時地上に住む全ての人に関わることだ。そして、これらのこと全てから逃れることが出来ること、またイエス様の御前に立てるよう目を覚まして祈っていなさいと言われる。

【適用】霊的に寝ることなく、いつでもイエス様の御前に立てるよう、祈り続けよう。

【祈り】主よ、私がこの世の思い煩いで心が満たされ、押しつぶされないように助けてください。いつもあなたのことを思い、霊的に眠ることなく、あなたに祈り続ける者になれますように。🙏

【The Word】“Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap. For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”Luke 21:34-36 NIV

【Observation】Jesus is teaching us about the end of the age. As we read in verse 35, this is not something that concerns only a select few, but everyone living on earth at that time. He tells us to stay awake and pray so that we may escape all these things and stand before Him.

【Application】Let us continue to pray so that we do not fall asleep spiritually and may always stand before Jesus.

【Prayer】Lord, please help me so that my heart is not filled with the worries of this world and crushed by them. May I always think of You, remain spiritually alert, and continue to pray to You. 🙏
