【すべての栄光を受けるにふさわしい方 The One Worthy of All Glory】

【御言葉】10 二十四人の長老たちは、御座に着いておられる方の前にひれ伏して、世々限りなく生きておられる方を礼拝した。また、自分たちの冠を御座の前に投げ出して言った。11 「主よ、私たちの神よ。あなたこそ栄光と誉れと力を受けるにふさわしい方。あなたが万物を創造されました。みこころのゆえに、それらは存在し、また創造されたのです。」ヨハネの黙示録 4章 10〜11節

【観察】24人の長老達は自分達の冠を投げ出して、神を礼拝した。彼らの冠とは何だろうか？それらは彼らにとって、とても高価な価値あるものだったに違いない。しかし、その大切な冠でさえも神を礼拝する時、それを投げ出してしまう。それほど、神は礼拝するのに相応しいお方なのだ。

【適用】24人の長老達のように自分の冠（今まで私がした全て誇りと思っていること）を投げ捨て、神を礼拝する。

【祈り】主よ、私はあなたを信じて、40年になります。その40年、私がしてきたすべて私が誇りと思ってきたことを、あなたの前に投げ捨てます。あなたはそれらにも増して、素晴らしい方。あなたこそ、すべての栄光を受けるに相応しいお方です。今日もあなたを礼拝致します。🙏

【Scripture】Revelation 4:10-11 NIV[10] the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say: [11] “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”

【Observation】The twenty-four elders cast down their crowns and worshiped God. What were their crowns? They must have been extremely precious and valuable to them. Yet, even those cherished crowns were cast aside when it came time to worship God. That is how worthy God is of our worship.

【Application】Like the twenty-four elders, I will cast aside my crown—everything I have ever taken pride in—and worship God.

【Prayer】Lord, I have believed in You for 40 years. I cast before You everything I have done during those 40 years—everything I have ever taken pride in. You are far greater than all of that. You alone are worthy of all glory. I worship You today as well. 🙏
