【私は選ばれた！I Have Been Chosen!】

【御言葉】27 しかし神は、知恵ある者を恥じ入らせるために、この世の愚かな者を選び、強い者を恥じ入らせるために、この世の弱い者を選ばれました。28 有るものを無いものとするために、この世の取るに足りない者や見下されている者、すなわち無に等しい者を神は選ばれたのです。コリント人への手紙第一 1章 27〜28節

【観察】私はこの世界では愚かな者、弱い者、取るに足りない者、見下されている者、無に等しい者である。私はこの世では何者でもない。しかし、神は私を選んでくださった。なぜ私は神に選ばれたのか？相応しいからか？いいや、私が神に選ばれたのは恵みなのだ。

【適用】これは私がどうこうではなく、一方的なプレゼントなのだから、感謝して、素直に受け取るだけだ。

【祈り】主よ、私があなたから選ばれたのは、私が何か秀でていたからではありません。むしろ、相応しくないのにあなたから選ばれたのです。それは私が救いをあなたからのプレゼントとして、素直に受け取ったからです。今日もあなたの救いを素直に受け取る人が起こされますように。🙏

【Scripture】[27] But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. [28] God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, 1 Corinthians 1:27-28 NIV

【Observation】In this world, I am a fool, weak, insignificant, despised, and as good as nothing. I am nobody in this world. Yet God has chosen me. Why was I chosen by God? Because I was worthy? No, I was chosen by God out of grace.

【Application】Since this has nothing to do with me—it is a one-sided gift—I need only be grateful and accept it with an open heart.

【Prayer】Lord, I was chosen by You not because I was in any way exceptional. Rather, I was chosen by You even though I was unworthy. It is because I humbly accepted salvation as a gift from You. May You raise up people today who will also humbly accept Your salvation. 🙏
