【我らの大祭司 Our High Priest】

【御言葉】”大祭司はみな、人々の中から選ばれ、人々のために神に仕えるように、すなわち、ささげ物といけにえを罪のために献げるように、任命されています。”ヘブル人への手紙 5章 1節

【観察】ここに大祭司の役割のリストが書かれている。①大祭司は自分からなるのではなく、選ばれてなるもの。②人々のために神に仕えること。③罪のために捧げ物といけにえを神に捧げるよう任命されている。イエス様は天の父から選ばれ、私達の罪のため、捧げ物といけにえとして、ご自身を一度捧げられ、今も天の父に仕えている。イエス様こそ、永遠の大祭司である。

【適用】このような大祭司がおられるので、私達は神の御前に出れることを感謝し、自分の悩みを訴える。

【祈り】イエス様、あなたは私の大祭司です。あなたの贖いで神の御前に出れることに感謝します。私の訴えを聞いてください。私は悩んでいるのです。あなたの答えを、導きを教えてください。🙏

【Scripture】Hebrews 5:1 NIV[1] Every high priest is selected from among the people and is appointed to represent the people in matters related to God, to offer gifts and sacrifices for sins.

【Observation】Here is a list of the high priest’s roles.① A high priest is not self-appointed but is chosen.② To serve God on behalf of the people.③ To be appointed to offer gifts and sacrifices to God for sins.Jesus was chosen by the Father in heaven, offered Himself once as a gift and sacrifice for our sins, and continues to serve the Father in heaven even now. Jesus is the eternal High Priest.

【Application】Because we have such a High Priest, we give thanks that we can come before God and pour out our troubles to Him.

【Prayer】Jesus, You are my High Priest. I am grateful that through Your redemption, I can come before God. Please hear my plea. I am troubled. Please show me Your answer and Your guidance. 🙏
