【赦し、愛せ Forgive and Love】

【御言葉】13 互いに忍耐し合い、だれかがほかの人に不満を抱いたとしても、互いに赦し合いなさい。主があなたがたを赦してくださったように、あなたがたもそうしなさい。14 そして、これらすべての上に、愛を着けなさい。愛は結びの帯として完全です。コロサイ人への手紙 3章 13〜14節

【観察】私達は大抵の場合、共に働いている。一人だけで働くことはほとんどない。そして、必ず人に対して不満が出てくる。完璧な人などいないからだ。自分も同じだ。聖書は不満を抱いても、赦せと言う。あなたも主から赦されたのだから、同じように赦せと。主は私のすべてを赦してくださった。それに比べれば、相手への不満など、大したことではない。

【適用】不満がある人をキリストの御名によって赦し、その人に良いことをする（愛する）。

【祈り】主よ、私はその人に不満を抱いた時、その人を変えようとしていました。しかし、私がすべきことは赦すことでした。あなたが私を赦してくださったように、私もその人を赦します。今日もその人を赦し、その人に良いことをします。主よ、あなたの言葉に従えるよう、弱い私を助け、喜んでその人に仕えることが出来ますように。🙏

【Scripture】Colossians 3:13-14 NIV[13] Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. [14] And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

【Observation】Most of the time, we work together. We rarely work alone. And inevitably, we end up having grievances against others. That’s because no one is perfect. I’m no exception. The Bible tells us to forgive even when we have grievances. It says, “Since you have been forgiven by the Lord, forgive others in the same way.” The Lord has forgiven me for everything. Compared to that, my grievances against others are nothing.

【Application】Forgive him who have wronged you in the name of Christ, and do good to him (love him).

【Prayer】Lord, when I felt dissatisfied with that person, I was trying to change him. But what I should have done was forgive him. Just as You have forgiven me, I will forgive that person. Today, I will forgive him and do something kind for him.Lord, help me in my weakness to obey Your Word, and may I serve that person with joy. 🙏
