【問題の大きさは関係ない？ Does the Size of the Problem Matter?】

【御言葉】”アサは自分の神、主を呼び求めて言った。「主よ、力の強い者を助けるのも、力のない者を助けるのも、あなたには変わりはありません。私たちの神、主よ、私たちを助けてください。私たちはあなたに拠り頼み、御名によってこの大軍に向かって来ました。主よ、あなたは私たちの神です。人間が、あなたに力を行使することのないようにしてください。」”歴代誌第二 14章 11節

【観察】確かにアサ王の言う通り、神が神であるなら、相手に力があろうとなかろうと関係はない。例え、今存在する軍隊を世界中から集め、神に対抗したとしても、結果は同じこと。なぜなら、私達は人で、神は神だから。アサ王はそのことを良く知っていた。

【適用】神を知り、自分には不可能だと思うことも、神様に信頼していく。

【祈り】主よ、時々、私の目には不可能だと思うことがあります。確かに私には無理なのです。しかし、あなたは神です。その状況を変えるか、私を変えるか、またその両方を変えることが出来る神です。そのことを信じます。🙏

【Scripture】2 Chronicles 14:11 NIV[11] Then Asa called to the Lord his God and said, “Lord, there is no one like you to help the powerless against the mighty. Help us, Lord our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this vast army. Lord, you are our God; do not let mere mortals prevail against you.”

【Observation】Indeed, as King Asa said, if God is God, it makes no difference whether the opponent is strong or weak. Even if we gathered every army in the world to oppose God, the result would be the same. Because we are human, and God is God. King Asa knew this well.

【Application】I will come to know God and trust in Him even for things I think are impossible.

【Prayer】Lord, sometimes there are things that seem impossible to me. It is certainly beyond my ability. But You are God. You are the God who can change the situation, change me, or change both. I believe that. 🙏
