【分からなくても大丈夫！It’s Okay If You Don’t Understand!】

【御言葉】その夜、主がパウロのそばに立って、「勇気を出しなさい。あなたは、エルサレムでわたしのことを証ししたように、ローマでも証しをしなければならない」と言われた。使徒の働き 23章 11節

【観察】この時、誰が思ったことだろう。パウロが今後、一度も釈放されることはなく、囚人として、ローマに連れて行かれ、処刑されることを。神様の言う通り、パウロはローマの裁判でも、神様のことをしっかり証したことだろう。この時、パウロはローマでも証しすることは分かっていたと思うが、囚人としてローマに送られるとは思っていたのだろうか？しかし、パウロが長年投獄されていたお陰で、パウロが手紙を書き、それが新約聖書の一部となり、多くの人達を今も祝福している。神の計画は計り知れない。

【適用】その時、神様が言っていることが分からなくても大丈夫。大切なのは、私の理解ではなく、神に信頼することだ。

【祈り】主よ、時々、あなたが言っていることが分からない時があります。でもたとえ私が理解できなくても、あなたはすべてを知っておられるのですから、あなたを信頼し、従っていきます。あなたの声に従って生きていけますように。🙏

【Scripture】“The following night the Lord stood near Paul and said, “Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome.””Acts 23:11 NIV

【Observation】Who could have imagined at that moment that Paul would never be released again, but would be taken to Rome as a prisoner and eventually executed? Just as God said, Paul surely bore strong witness to God even at his trial in Rome. I think Paul knew at that time that he would bear witness in Rome, but did he ever imagine he would be sent there as a prisoner? However, thanks to Paul’s many years in prison, he was able to write letters that became part of the New Testament and continue to bless many people to this day. God’s plan is unfathomable.

【Application】It’s okay if I don’t understand what God is saying at the moment. What matters is not my understanding, but trusting in God.

【Prayer】Lord, there are times when I don’t understand what You’re saying. But even if I don’t understand, You know everything, so I will trust You and follow You. May I live my life in obedience to Your voice. 🙏
