【迫害はトレーニング？Is Persecution Training?】

【御言葉】ところが、ユダヤ人たちは、神を敬う貴婦人たちや町のおもだった人たちを扇動して、パウロとバルナバを迫害させ、二人をその地方から追い出した。使徒の働き 13章 50節

【観察】パウロとバルナバが神様によって、送り出され、約1-2年宣教旅行をした。その宣教を通して多くの人達がイエス様を信じたが、その反面、どこに行っても彼らはユダヤ人から迫害にあっていた。これを俯瞰してみると、迫害にはいくつかの良い点がある。①私達の信仰が強められる。神様との関係が強くなる。②色んな所に行くようになる。同じところに長く留まらない。③私達の品性が練られる。迫害は悪いことだけではなく、良いこともあるのだ。

【適用】私達への迫害も、主からのトレーニングなのかもしれない。トレーニング自体は苦しく、喜ばしいものではないが、その後に良いものが与えられるのだから。

【祈り】主よ、迫害は喜ばしいものではありません。しかし、私達がこの世界で信仰を持っている以上、程度の差こそあれ、迫害は起きます。主よ、迫害をあなたからのトレーニングだと思って、耐え忍ぶことが出来ますように。🙏

【Scripture】“But the Jewish leaders incited the God-fearing women of high standing and the leading men of the city. They stirred up persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and expelled them from their region. ”Acts 13:50 NIV

【Observation】Paul and Barnabas were sent out by God and went on a missionary journey for about one to two years. Through their ministry, many people came to believe in Jesus; however, wherever they went, they faced persecution from the Jews. Looking at this from a broader perspective, there are several positive aspects to persecution.① Our faith is strengthened. Our relationship with God grows stronger.② We come to visit various places. We do not stay in one place for too long.③ Our character is refined.Persecution is not only a bad thing; it also has its benefits.

【Application】The persecution we face may also be training from the Lord. The training itself is painful and not something to rejoice in, but good things will be given to us afterward.

【Prayer】Lord, persecution is not something to rejoice in. However, as long as we have faith in this world, persecution will occur to varying degrees.Lord, please help us to endure it, viewing persecution as training from You. 🙏
