【神を愛するが故に Because We Love God】

【御言葉】”彼らにこう言え。『わたしは生きている──神である主のことば──。わたしは決して悪しき者の死を喜ばない。悪しき者がその道から立ち返り、生きることを喜ぶ。立ち返れ。悪の道から立ち返れ。イスラエルの家よ、なぜ、あなたがたは死のうとするのか。』”エゼキエル書 33章 11節

【観察】私達がイエス様のことを宣べ伝えるのは、天の父が人々が自分の行いを悔い改め、神様に立ち返ることを求めているからだ。もし、ある人が自分の妻を愛しているなら、その妻が望むことをする。それは愛していれば、当然のことである。つまり、人に福音を伝えるのは、神への愛するがゆえにである。

【適用】天の父の思いを知り、神を愛し、その心をもらう。

【祈り】主よ、あなたは一人も滅んでほしくないと思っているお方です。悪い道に歩んでいる者に、あなたの元に帰ってきてほしいと願われています。私があなたの心を知り、あなたを愛するが故に、あなたを知らない人達にあなたのことを伝えることが出来ますように。🙏

【Scripture】Ezekiel 33:11 NIV[11] Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?’

【Observation】We proclaim the gospel of Jesus because our Heavenly Father desires people to repent of their ways and turn back to Him. If a man loves his wife, he will do what she desires. That is only natural if he truly loves her. In other words, we share the gospel with others because we love God.

【Application】Know the heart of our Heavenly Father, love God, and receive His heart.

【Prayer】Lord, You are the One who does not want anyone to perish. You desire those who are walking on the wrong path to return to You. May I know Your heart and, because I love You, be able to share You with those who do not know You. 🙏
