【あなたとの関係が永遠のいのち Eternal Life Is a Relationship with You】

【御言葉】”永遠のいのちとは、唯一のまことの神であるあなたと、あなたが遣わされたイエス・キリストを知ることです。”ヨハネの福音書 17章 3節

【観察】普通、私達が思う永遠のいのちとは終わりがない、永遠に長く続くいのち、すなわち時間軸で考えてしまう。しかし、ヨハネは永遠のいのちとは「神を知ること」だと言っている。つまり、永遠のいのちは時間ではなく、関係のことを言っている。もし永遠のいのちがただ長く生きているなら、何ともつまらず、苦痛だろう。しかし、関係は生きており、関係から喜びや幸せ、恋愛感情が生まれてくる。そう、永遠のいのちは私がイエス様を信じた時から始まっているのだ。

【適用】永遠のいのちは神との関係である。だから日々、天の父、イエス様、聖霊様との関係からいのちを得る。

【祈り】主よ、あなたとの関係にいのちがあります。しかし、残念ながら、私は関係がどれ程大切なのかが分かりません。関係より目的を大切にして、いのちを失っているからです。主よ、あなたとの関係からいのちが与えられることを頭ではなく、心で分かるよう教えてください。🙏

【Scripture】John 17:3 NIV[3] Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

【Observation】Usually, when we think of eternal life, we think of a life without end—a life that continues forever—that is, we tend to think of it in terms of time. However, John says that eternal life is “knowing God.” In other words, eternal life is not about time, but about a relationship.If eternal life were merely living a long life, it would be utterly dull and painful.But a relationship is alive, and from that relationship come joy, happiness, and romantic love. Yes, eternal life began the moment I put my faith in Jesus.

【Application】Eternal life is a relationship with God. Therefore, every day, I receive life through my relationship with my Heavenly Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

【Prayer】Lord, there is life in my relationship with You.But unfortunately, I do not understand how important that relationship truly is. This is because I prioritize goals over relationships and am losing my life as a result.Lord, please teach me to understand—not just with my head, but with my heart—that life is given through my relationship with You. 🙏
