【イエス様はあなたの住む所を準備している Jesus Is Preparing a Place for You】

【御言葉】1 「あなたがたは心を騒がせてはなりません。神を信じ、またわたしを信じなさい。2 わたしの父の家には住む所がたくさんあります。そうでなかったら、あなたがたのために場所を用意しに行く、と言ったでしょうか。3 わたしが行って、あなたがたに場所を用意したら、また来て、あなたがたをわたしのもとに迎えます。わたしがいるところに、あなたがたもいるようにするためです。ヨハネの福音書 14章 1〜3節

【観察】イエス様は復活した後、天に昇り、天で大祭司としての務めを果たしているが、それと同時にイエス様は私達のための住まいを準備してくれている。2000年以上も準備している天国とはどんなところなのか。とても素晴らしいところなのは間違いない。そして、その準備が終わったら、イエス様はまたこの地上に来られる。今度はこの地上を裁くために。

【適用】自分には天に用意された家（もしくは部屋）があることを信じ、神から与えられたこの地上の務めを全うする。

【祈り】主よ、あなたが天に私の住まいを用意してくださっていることを感謝します。それはとても永遠に続く素晴らしい住まいだと信じます。私がこの地上で残された人生を死に至るまで、あなたが与えた務めを忠実に行うことが出来ますように。🙏

【Scripture】John 14:1-3 NIV[1] “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God ; believe also in me. [2] My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? [3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.

【Observation】After His resurrection, Jesus ascended to heaven, where He is fulfilling His role as High Priest in the heaven; at the same time, He is preparing a dwelling place for us. What kind of place is this heaven that He has been preparing for over 2,000 years? It is undoubtedly a wonderful place. And once those preparations are complete, Jesus will return to this earth—this time to judge it.

【Application】Believe that I have a home (or a room) prepared for me in heaven, and fulfill His calling through me on this earth.

【Prayer】Lord, I thank You for preparing a home for me in heaven. I believe it is a wonderful home that will last forever.May I faithfully carry out the duties You have given me for the rest of my life on this earth, until the day I die. 🙏
