【神様にすべてを出そう！ Let’s Pour Out Everything to God!】

【御言葉】”愚かな者は感情のすべてをぶちまけ、知恵のある人はそれを内に収める。”箴言 29章 11節

【観察】持っている感情をすべて出してしまうのは愚かだと聖書は言っている。そして、知恵のある人はそれを内に収めると。私もそうしたい。そうしたいのだが、自分が思ったようには自分の感情をコントロール出来ない。

【適用】神様にすべての感情を出し、人には出さない。

【祈り】主よ、私の中にあることをすべて吐き出せば、人間関係は崩れます。しかし、ずっと自分の内に抱え続ければ、私の中で葛藤が増えます。なので、あなたに私のすべてを吐き出します。私の中を空っぽにしておき、何かが起きても、それを内に収めることが出来ますように。🙏

【Scripture】Proverbs 29:11 NIV[11] Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end.

【Observation】The Bible says it is foolish to pour out every emotion we have. It says that the wise person keeps them inside. I want to do that too. I want to, but I can’t control my emotions the way I’d like to.

【Application】I will pour out all my emotions to God, but not to people.

【Prayer】Lord, if I pour out everything inside me, my relationships will fall apart. But if I keep it all bottled up inside, the conflict within me will grow. So, I pour out my whole self to You. Please empty me out, so that even when something happens, I can keep it inside. 🙏
