【神が与えた人生を歩む Walking the Life God Has Given】

【御言葉】36 人は、たとえ全世界を手に入れても、自分のいのちを失ったら、何の益があるでしょうか。37 自分のいのちを買い戻すのに、人はいったい何を差し出せばよいのでしょうか。マルコの福音書 8章 36〜37節

【観察】昨日、95歳の信者の方に会った。自分の希望は天の御国に入ること。だから、キリストへの信仰を守り続けているのだと。そのことと今日の御言葉がリンクした。全世界を手に入れても、この世でどれほどハッピーだろうと、死後の人生が最悪なら、本当に地上の幸せは何の意味もなさない。そして、死後、自分の命を買い戻すため、私達が出来ることは何もない。キリストを通してでしか、天の御国に行くことが出来ないし、死後の世界の方がもっと長く大切なのだから。

【適用】この地上の自分の人生を捨て、神が与えてくださった人生を歩む。

【祈り】主よ、あなたの言う通りです。自分が死んだ後、もし自分が永遠に地獄で過ごすなら、例え全世界を手に入れたとしても、それは何の意味もありません。私は死後、あなたの御国で永遠に過ごしたいです。自分の命を救うため、あなたの言われたことを信じます。この地上の自分の人生を捨て、あなたが与えてくださった人生を歩みます。私を天の御国までお導きください。🙏

【Scripture】Mark 8:36-37 NIV[36] What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? [37] Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?

【Observation】Yesterday, I met a believer 95 years old. His hope is to enter the kingdom of heaven. That is why we continue to hold fast to our faith in Christ. This connected with today’s Scriptures. Even if one gains the whole world and experiences the greatest happiness in this life, if life after death is the worst, then earthly happiness truly means nothing. And after death, there is nothing we can do to buy back our own life. Only through Christ can we enter the kingdom of heaven, and the afterlife is far longer and more important.

【Application】I will abandon my earthly life and walk the life God has given me.

【Prayer】Lord, You are right. If after I die, I am to spend eternity in hell, then even if I gained the whole world, it would mean nothing. I want to spend eternity after death in Your kingdom. To save my life, I believe what You have said. I abandon my earthly life and walk in the life You have given me. Lead me to the kingdom of heaven. 🙏
