【この世の誘惑と戦い、あなたの信仰を守れ！ Fight Against the Temptations of This World and Protect Your Faith!】

【御言葉】”主であり、救い主であるイエス・キリストを知ることによって世の汚れから逃れたのに、再びそれに巻き込まれて打ち負かされるなら、そのような人たちの終わりの状態は、初めの状態よりももっと悪くなります。”ペテロの手紙第二 2章 20節

【観察】イエス様を信じ、世の汚れから逃れたのに、この世からの様々な誘惑に遭い、再びこの世の罪の世界に戻ってしまうなら、キリストを信じる前よりも悪い状態になってしまうと聖書は警告している。これは戦いなのだ。私達の信仰は絶えずこの世から攻撃され、ある者はこの世に従うことを選んでしまう。その人達はその間違った決断の代価を払うようになる。

【適用】私達はこの世の誘惑と戦い、信仰を守らなければならない。自分自身、この世の誘惑にはNOと言い、イエス様の教えには難しくてもYESと言う。

【祈り】主よ、私達クリスチャンは絶えず、この世の誘惑にあっています。自分を含め、あなたを信じる者達がこの世の誘惑と戦い、勝利し続けることが出来ますように。聖書が言って警告を真摯に受け止め、この世に従ったら、キリストを信じる前よりも悪い状態になってしまうことを信仰によって受け止めることが出来ますように。🙏

【Scripture】2 Peter 2:20 NIV[20] If they have escaped the corruption of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are again entangled in it and are overcome, they are worse off at the end than they were at the beginning.

【Observation】The Bible warns that if we believe in Jesus and have escaped the defilement of the world, but then encounter various temptations from the world and fall back into the sinful ways of this world, we will end up in a worse state than we were in before we believed in Christ.This is a battle. Our faith is constantly under attack from the world, and some choose to conform to the world. Those people will end up paying the price for that wrong decision.

【Application】We must fight against the temptations of this world and protect our faith. We must say “NO” to the world’s temptations and say “YES” to Jesus’ teachings, even when it is difficult.

【Prayer】Lord, we Christians are constantly faced with the temptations of this world. May we—including myself—and all who believe in You continue to fight against the temptations of this world and emerge victorious. May we take the Bible’s warnings to heart and, through faith, accept the truth that if we conform to this world, we will end up in a worse state than we were in before we believed in Christ. 🙏
