【私は祭司？伝道は礼拝？ Am I a Priest? Is Evangelism Worship?】

【御言葉】”異邦人のためにキリスト・イエスに仕える者となったからです。私は神の福音をもって、祭司の務めを果たしています。それは異邦人が、聖霊によって聖なるものとされた、神に喜ばれるささげ物となるためです。”ローマ人への手紙 15章 16節

【観察】パウロは自分は祭司の務めを果たしていると言っている。通常、神への礼拝には罪に対して怒っている神をなだめるため、捧げ物が必要だった。祭司は動物を神へのいけにえとして捧げ、民の罪を贖っていた。現代はもはや動物犠牲はいらない。イエス様が流された血により、私達の持っている罪に対する天の父の怒りは完全に取り除かれたからだ。現代の祭司の務めは人々に福音を宣べ伝え、人々をキリストへ導き、その人々を神に受け入れられるささげ物として神に献げることである。パウロにとって、伝道は単なる働きではなく、神への礼拝だったのだ。

【適用】人にキリストを伝えることは神への礼拝であると信じ、キリストを人々に伝えることにより、神を礼拝する。

【祈り】主よ、私は自分が祭司であることを良く分かっていませんでした。また伝道が神を礼拝することと信じていませんでした。多分、私はまだ良く分かっていないと思います。しかし、私に必要なのは理解力ではなく、あなたの言っていることを信じる信仰です。ですから、私達は現代の祭司であり、伝道は神への礼拝です。主の御名が褒め称えられますように。🙏

【Scripture】Romans 15:16 NIV[16] to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles. He gave me the priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God, so that the Gentiles might become an offering acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

【Observation】Paul says that he is fulfilling the role of a priest. Typically, worship of God required offerings to appease a God who was angry over sin. Priests offered animals as sacrifices to God, atoning for the sins of the people.In modern times, animal sacrifices are no longer necessary. This is because the wrath of our Heavenly Father toward our sins has been completely removed through the blood shed by Jesus.The ministry of a modern priest is to proclaim the Gospel to people, lead them to Christ, and present them to God as an offering acceptable to Him. For Paul, evangelism was not merely a job; it was worship of God.

【Application】Believe that sharing Christ with others is worship of God, and worship God by sharing Christ with others.

【Prayer】　Lord, I did not fully understand that I am a priest. Nor did I believe that evangelism is worshiping God. Perhaps I still do not fully understand. However, what I need is not understanding, but faith to believe what You say. Therefore, we are modern-day priests, and evangelism is worshiping God. May Your name be praised. 🙏
