【神様がほしいのは私の心 What God Wants Is My Heart】

【御言葉】16 まことに私が供えてもあなたはいけにえを喜ばれず全焼のささげ物を望まれません。17 神へのいけにえは砕かれた霊。打たれ砕かれた心。神よあなたはそれを蔑まれません。詩篇 51篇 16〜17節

【観察】この節はダビデがバテシェバと姦淫した後、預言者ナタンからその罪を責められた後に、ダビデが書いた賛歌の中の一節だ。どんな罪にも、殺人にも神からの赦しがある。主はその赦しのため、私達側から求めるものは捧げ物ではなく、私達の心である。神の御前で砕かれ、へりくだった心を神は喜ばれる。

【適用】今日も心を神に捧げよう！

【祈り】主よ、私の心の中には高慢な思い、あなたの御前で隠したい思いがあります。あなたの御前に、これらの相応しくない思いを告白します。赦してください。あなたは私からの献金や奉仕を求められず、それよりも私の心、それも砕かれた、へりくだった心を求められるお方。あなたを賛美致します。🙏

【Scripture】Psalms 51:16-17 NIV[16] You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. [17] My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.

【Observation】This verse is part of a psalm David wrote after he committed adultery with Bathsheba and was confronted by the prophet Nathan regarding his sin.No matter what the sin—even murder—God offers forgiveness. For this forgiveness, the Lord does not ask for offerings from us, but for our hearts. God delights in a heart that is broken and humbled before Him.

【Application】Let’s offer our hearts to God today!

【Prayer】Lord, there are proud thoughts in my heart—thoughts I want to hide from You. I confess these unworthy thoughts before You. Please forgive me.You do not ask for my offerings or service; rather, You seek my heart—a broken and contrite heart. I praise You. 🙏
