【本当の幸せとは？What Is True Happiness?】

【御言葉】”また、アグリッパはフェストゥスに、「あの人は、もしカエサルに上訴していなかったら、釈放してもらえたであろうに」と言った。”使徒の働き 26章 32節

【観察】人の考えと神の考えは違う。アグリッパ王は言った。もしパウロがカエサルに上訴しなかったら、パウロは自由になっていただろうと。私も「何でパウロはカイサルに上訴したんだ。上訴しなければ、自由になって、もっと大きな神様の働きが出来たのに。」と思う。しかし、囚人より自由の方が幸せというのは私の考えだ。しかし、神の計画はパウロを囚人として、カイサルの前に連れて行き、裁判を通して、ローマでも神を証しすることだった。だから、パウロがカイサルに上訴したことは神の御心に叶っていたことなのだ。本当の幸せとは、神の御心に従うことではないだろうか。

【適用】神の御心に従うことが私達の本当の幸せであることを信じ、そのように生きる。

【祈り】主よ、私の思う幸せが幸せではないことを宣言します。私の幸せを一番考えてくださるのはあなたです。ですから、あなたの御心に従うことが私の幸せです。日々、自分の思いを捨て、あなたの御心を歩むことが出来ますように。🙏

【Scripture】Acts 26:32 NIV　

[32] Agrippa said to Festus, “This man could have been set free if he had not appealed to Caesar.”

【Observation】Human thinking and God’s thinking are different. King Agrippa said, “If Paul hadn’t appealed to Caesar, he would have been set free.” I also think, “Why did Paul appeal to Caesar? If he hadn’t appealed, he would have been free and could have done even greater work for God.”But that’s my thinking—that freedom is happier than imprisonment. Yet God’s plan was to bring Paul as a prisoner before Caesar, and through the trial, to testify about God even in Rome. Therefore, Paul’s appeal to Caesar was in accordance with God’s will. Is true happiness found in obeying God’s will?

【Application】Believe that obeying God’s will is our true happiness, and live accordingly.

【Prayer】Lord, I declare that what I think is happiness is not true happiness. You are the one who cares most about my happiness. Therefore, obeying Your will is my happiness. May I daily lay aside my own thoughts and walk in Your will.🙏
